Returns
You have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return for non-personalized items.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- unused
- complete
- in perfect condition
- in its original packaging
Any item showing signs of use, wear, or returned incomplete will not be accepted.
Personalized Items
Products concerned :
- Leather Pocket notebook cover
- Leather A5 notebook cover
- Leather A6 notebook cover
Our leather items are made to order and personalized according to your choices (engraving, text, specific configuration, etc.).
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, except in the case of:
- manufacturing defects
- items damaged upon delivery
- an error on our part in your order
We invite you to carefully check your personalization details before confirming your order.
Damaged Products or Order Errors
We recommend that you inspect your order upon receipt.

Please include a description of the issue along with photos of the product and packaging so that we can assess the situation and offer a solution.
Return Conditions
All return requests must be made in advance through our customer service.

Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with instructions and the return address.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error or a defective product.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method.
Refunds may take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only possible for non-personalized items and subject to availability.
Personalized or used items cannot be exchanged.
