General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the sale of products made on the Sable Vanille shop website.

By placing an order on this site, you unreservedly accept these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

1. Company identity

2. Products

The products offered for sale are handcrafted leather items, some of which can be customized according to the customer's choices.

Each product is described with the greatest care. However, slight variations may exist, in particular due to:

• the artisanal character of the creations
• of the materials used
• Differences in display depending on the screen

These variations cannot be considered defects.

3. Orders

Any order placed on the site implies acceptance of these T&Cs.

Once the order has been validated and payment has been made, a confirmation email is sent to the address provided at the time of purchase.

Sable Vanille reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of:

• Dispute with the customer
• Suspicion of fraud
• Payment Problem

4. Prizes

Prices are quoted in euros (€).

In accordance with Article 293 B of the General Tax Code, VAT is not applicable (VAT not applicable, Art. 293B of the French Tax Code).

Delivery costs are indicated at the time of ordering.

Sable Vanille reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the price in force at the time of the order.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

Payments are secure and can be made via the payment methods offered on the site (credit card, payment solutions offered by Shopify, etc.).

6. Product Customization

Some of the products offered are customized at the customer's request.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, personalized items cannot be subject to a right of withdrawal, nor can they be returned, exchanged or refunded, except in the event of a defect or manufacturing error.

It is the customer's responsibility to carefully check the information entered during customization (text, initials, choice of options, etc.).

7. Delivery

The products are shipped to the address indicated when ordering.

Preparation and delivery times are estimated.

Sable Vanille cannot be held responsible for delays or incidents in delivery attributable to the carrier, customs formalities or incorrect information provided by the customer.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the regulations in force:

• non-personalised products  may be subject to a right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt;
• Personalized products  are neither returned nor refunded, except in the case of a defect.

Returned items must be:

• Unused
• in perfect condition
• in their original packaging.

9. Liability

Sable Vanille cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from the misuse of the products purchased.

Sable Vanille cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure or an unforeseeable event preventing the performance of the contract.

10. Intellectual property

All elements of the Sable Vanille website (texts, images, logos, design, products, etc.) are protected by intellectual property rights.

Any reproduction, exploitation or use without authorization is strictly prohibited.

11. Personal data

The information collected during the order is necessary for the processing of the order.
