This shipping policy describes the conditions for the preparation, shipping and delivery of orders placed on the Sable Vanille store.
Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You will be able to follow the delivery of your package directly via the carrier's website.
It is the customer's responsibility to regularly check their e-mail, including the spam folder.
Preparation times
All orders are prepared with care.
Articles standards
The average preparation time is 2 to 4 working days.
Personalized items
As personalised products are made to order, an additional 2 to 5 working days may be required before shipment.
These times are given as an indication and may vary according to the production load or periods of high demand.
Delivery times
Once the order has been shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and the destination country.
The times indicated at the time of the order are estimated and may vary due to:
- Conditions of carriage
- customs formalities
- periods of high activity
- circumstances beyond our control
Sable Vanille cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.
Shipping address
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided when placing the order.
In the event of:
- incorrect address
- Incomplete information
- Error in coordinates
Delivery may be impossible or delayed.
In this case:
- The cost of reshipping will be borne by the customer
- Initial delivery costs cannot be refunded
Once the order is being prepared, it may not be possible to change the delivery address.
Unclaimed parcel or return to sender
If a package is not picked up by the customer and is returned to the sender:
- Return and reshipping costs will be borne by the customer
- Initial shipping costs are non-refundable
Failure to collect a parcel does not constitute a right of withdrawal.
Delivery confirmation
Delivery is considered to have been made as soon as the carrier indicates that the package has been delivered to the address indicated at the time of the order.
The information provided by the carrier (tracking, delivery confirmation, signature or proof of posting) is sufficient proof of delivery.
Lost package or delivery problem
If your package appears to be lost or stuck in transit, please contact our customer service team at: contact.sablevanille@gmail.com
We can then open an investigation with the carrier to resolve the situation.
International customs fees and taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or administrative fees may be applied by the destination country.
These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Sable Vanille.
Verification on receipt
We recommend that you check the status of your package upon receipt.
